Shown full-screen after a successful Generate on Fill Out a Form. No chrome beyond three controls:

• Print - sends the PDF straight to a printer.
• Save - save a copy to disk. Offers a format choice: PDF, or PNG (one image per page, rasterized at the DPI set in Settings).
• Close (✕) - dismiss the preview.

The generated PDF in the project's output/ folder is the only record of the submission - there's no separate history or database entry created alongside it.
