Property Inspection Report

A general property condition report: a cover page with property/inspector details, one or more itemized pages of inspection findings with photos, and a closing summary/signature page.

Fields

• Property Address, Inspection Date, Inspector Name, Inspector License Number
• Inspection Items (repeating): description + photo - up to 5 items per page, extra items automatically flow onto additional pages
• Overall Condition (Good / Fair / Poor / Needs Repair)
• Summary Notes & Recommendations
• Inspector Signature

Pages: cover -> item pages (as many as needed) -> summary & signature. Page numbers ("x / y") are computed dynamically from the item count, not fixed.

Photos are capped at 1200px on their longest side (max_size_px) to keep captured images and the generated PDF small.

A named preset is available for quickly re-testing without re-entering every field.
