Edits autocomplete.json - opened from Project Editor. Doesn't need to exist ahead of time - opening it with no file starts empty, and the file is created on first save.

• Add, rename, reorder keys - each a named list of suggested values.
• Each key has its own editable list of values.

Wire a key to a field via that field's Autocomplete Key in the Form Editor.
